Is your family suffering from a string of bad luck? Have you
picked up your father’s alcohol habit, your mother’s submissive personality, or
your grandfather’s temper? No worries. In this article, I am going to explain how
generational curses work, and how you can break them, once and for all.
How the Siberian Shamans viewed generational curses
The Siberian Shamans believed that curses were passed down
from generation to generation. Curses normally were passed down from the mother
to the fetus, while it was still in the womb. They believed that the strongest
person in the family could break a generational curse. We all understand the
concept of curses being passed down from generation to generation, through the
process of DNA. All of our families’ information, memories, and behaviors are
stored in our DNA. However, it is the process of epigenetics that determine
what characteristics and behaviors will materialize.
What is the science behind a generational curse?
Are you going to get your father’s receding hairline? Are
you going to inherit your grandmother’s fat genes? Are you going to inherit
your father’s wit and charm? All of this information is stored in your DNA,
your chemical code that makes you who and what you are. On the other hand, epigenetics is a process
that controls the switch that turns these behaviors on and off. There are different environmental factors
that can trigger the information in your DNA coding. For example, stress may
turn on the receding hair-line gene; emotional eating may turn on the fat gene,
a traumatic event or unexpected death could turn on the alcohol gene. So if you’ve read this far, you’ve probably
guessed that the environment plays a huge role in generational curses.
Generational curses work in cycles.
Biologist Bruce Lipton explains that virtually all
dysfunctional behaviors and diseases stem from the external environment. In fact, this is how generational curses
work. You may have a predisposition to certain diseases and behaviors that are
triggered by an event in your external environment. People who suffer from
generational curses tend not to change their environment. So they continue the
cycles of abuse, poverty, and mental illness.
What can you do to break your families’ generational curse?
You can start by changing your mindset. “Neurons that fire
together, wire together,” said Dr. Joe Dispenza, a Neuroscientist who has been
featured on the hit documentary film, What
The BLEEP Do We Know. He says that every thought that you have produces and
emotion. Every emotion produces a chemical hormone that affects the body.
People get sick, or suffer from generational curses when the body and mind
aren’t working together. So, to break a generational curse, you must become aware
of the emotions that are fueling your thoughts, actions, and behaviors. You
need to sit down and identify what you’re feeling, and search for the stimuli
in your environment that is triggering these feelings. This will allow you to
start to rewire your brain, by attaching positive emotions with positive
thoughts. I know, it sounds like a long arduous task, simply because it is.
There are going to be times when you don’t want to feel these emotions, because
we have been trained to resist them. However, the body knows how to heal
itself. So let these emotions flow. By doing this, you will be able to break
your families’ generational curse, once and for all.
